Returns & Exchange

With AIVITUVIN, you can be sure of  first-class pet products, and that meet your satisfaction. Our return policy tries to make your shopping experience as good as possible. 

If you are unsatisfied with any reason for your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Pls, contact us at for any return issue at first.


The goods must be unopened and undamaged in their original condition with all accessories included. Email by return requests must include an Order Number, Description, and Reason for Return. We will give you a return label to express back to our warehouse.

In this case, you are responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3 business days.


Once the items are received, opened, and deemed to be faulty (get the damaged parts during transit, received the wrong product,etc.), we will provide you with a repair, replacement, or refund on the faulty item. Please contact us within 30 days with a photograph and description of the fault, and then we will deal with it as fast as possible.

All the returns from damaged or defective products are shipped back to our warehouse at AIVITUVIN ’s expense. All refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 3 business days.


If you need to cancel your order, Contact us via to have your order canceled immediately. Please provide your order number. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 3 business days.


If you cancel the order after shipment, Please keep in mind that to keep the boxes by the new original way and ask us for a return label to express back to AIVITUVIN’s warehouse. You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost to our warehouse. After receiving your returned item, the full refund will be credited to your original payment within 3 business days.
