What Is the Delivery Time?
All Aivituvin orders enjoy free shipping and pls check below our shipping terms:
* We ship from over 8 warehouses across the US.
*Standard Shipping: Ships in 1 to 2 working days. Delivered in 3-5 working days by FedEx.
* Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 8.00 am - 6.30 pm.
* Working days are: Monday to Friday (and don't include public holidays or weekends).
* Orders not shipped on weekends or holidays. Some delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Sometimes couriers will do a split delivery. If the remainder of your order is not delivered the following working day, please email us at service@aivituvin.com with what is missing, and we will follow up with the couriers to ensure everything to you as soon as possible.

Is It Easy to Assembly?
It was super easy to put together. We recommend 2 people and 45 minutes. And you just need to prepare a hand screwdriver or cordless drill.
All of our cages will come flat packed – It came with a sufficient pictorial manual. Screws were in marked plastic bags. Panels are stamped and come ready to be screwed together. Many have dowel rods that fit nicely into pre-drilled holes(pre-drilling will prevent any cracks and preserve sturdiness while keeping wood intact).

Where Are the Products Made?
All Aivituvin products are made in China, who have over 21 years of experience making wooden pet houses, and passes Walmart Audit. We have a 1,000,000 sq. ft factory with an advanced machine, experienced workers, and producing over 2000 pieces of products daily. Besides, Aivituvin is one of the leading brands in the wooden pet house industry.
Can I Use Expedite Shipping Way?
For now, we only use standard shipping for all orders because the package are large and heavy. If you need the product urgently,pls contact our service team at service@aivituvin.com to put your order in high priority.
Do You Deliver to My Area?
We endeavor to deliver to every address in American. However, it is not available on some areas that are remote or difficult to access ( like Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands. (There is no delivery service for the places listed above ).We also do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with Tracking # once your order is shipped out. You can track the package status via the courier website. Or please feel free to email us at service@aivituvin.com.
Do I Need to be Home for the Delivery?
No – we can organize an authority to leave the delivery, so you don’t need to be home, and the courier will leave it in a safe place. If you would, however, prefer to be a sign only, we can also arrange this.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours. By shopping with us, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies.
AVITUVIN Returns & Exchange Policy
With AIVITUVIN, you can be sure of the first-class pet products, and that meet your satisfaction. Our return policy tries to make your shopping experience as good as possible.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 60 days from the date of delivery. Pls, contact us at service@aivituvin.com for any return issue at first.
RETURN OF MIND RETURN CONDITIONS:
The goods must be unopened and undamaged in their original condition with all accessories included. Email by return requests must include an Order Number, Description, and Reason for Return. We will give you a return label to express back to our warehouse.
In this case, you are responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3 business days.
RETURN OF FAULTY CONDITIONS:
Once the items are received, opened, and deemed to be faulty (get the damaged parts during transit, received the wrong product,etc.), we will provide you with a repair, replacement, or refund on the faulty item. Please contact us with a photograph and description of the fault, and then we will deal with it as fast as possible.
All the returns from damaged or defective products are shipped back to our warehouse at AIVITUVIN ’s expense. All refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:
If you need to cancel your order, Contact us via service@aivituvin.com to have your order canceled immediately. Please provide your order number. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 3 business days.
ORDER CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT:
If you cancel the order after shipment, Please keep in mind that to keep the boxes by the new original way and ask us for a return label to express back to AIVITUVIN’s warehouse. You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost to our warehouse. After receiving your returned item, the full refund will be credited to your original payment within 3 business days.

Pet Hutch Maintenance
Aivituvin products have been treated with a non-hazardous, water-based painting, which provides initial protection from weather conditions, but the product should be treated regularly if used outside. Wood dries out when not maintained and can become cracked, warp or become unsightly. For this reason, you should thoroughly clean and treat your pet's hutch regularly using wood cleaning products and re-painting the hutch that is animal safe after half a year. Besides, pls find a place that is as sheltered as possible to avoid wear and tear from the weather. We suggest you can paint the hutch again after half a year to extend the service time.
How to Solve Chewing Problem?
A rabbit gnawing on wood means he need to grind his teeth. Usually feeding rabbits can add some timothy hay, can play a certain grinding effect. Apple wood is commonly used for rabbit teeth grinding tools, this can be bought online. We also matched a toy for grinding teeth for rabbit. If your rabbit's teeth are too long now to eat, please find a doctor to cut them off and then pay attention to give some hard fodder or grass sticks, Caged rabbits are kept active for more than an hour a day to prevent their teeth from growing too long.
Besides,pls try bitter-apple spray on wood to avoid this problem.
How to Use Wire Mesh Flooring?
Most parts of our pet hutches are with wire flooring above the bottom tray. The pets will not stand on their poops and for faster cleaning if there is a wire mesh flooring above the tray. The most important thing is the wire mesh flooring is removable. You can take it off if you don't need it. Or you can put a mad on it to keep your pets more warm and comfortable.
