How long will the delivery take once my order placed?

* We ship from Four warehouses across the US.

*Express Delivery: Ships in 2 to 3 working days. Delivered in 3-10 working days by FedEx or UPS.
* Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 8.00 am - 6.30 pm.
* Working days are: Monday to Friday (and don't include public holidays or weekends).
* Orders not shipped on weekends or holidays. Some delivery delays can occasionally occur.

How much does the shipping cost?

Is it easy to assemble?

It was super easy to put together. We recommend 2 people and 45 minutes.And you just need to prepare hand screwdriver or cordless drill.

All of our cages will come flat packed – It came with a sufficient pictorial manual. Screws were in marked plastic bags. Panels are stamped and come ready to be screwed together. Many have dowel rods that fit nicely into pre-drilled holes.

Where are your products made?

All products of Aivituvin are made in China. We have 1,000,000 sq. ft factory with an advanced machine, experienced workers and producing over 2000 pieces of products daily.

Do you deliver to my area?

We endeavor to deliver to every address in American. However, it is not available on some areas that are remote or difficult to access ( like Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands. (There is no delivery service for the places listed above ).

How do I get an update on my delivery time?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been sent with tracking and courier details. You can track the package status via the courier website. Or please feel free to email us at service@aivituvin.com.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

No – we can organize an authority to leave the delivery, so you don’t need to be home, and the courier will leave it in a safe place. If you would, however, prefer to be a sign only, we can also arrange this.

What happens if I only receive some of my boxes?

It's ok! Sometimes couriers will do a split delivery. If the remainder of your order is not delivered the following working day, please email us at service@aivituvin.com with what is missing, and we will follow up with the couriers to ensure everything to you as soon as possible. 

Is international delivery available?

At this time, we can only deliver products to American postal address.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours.By shopping with us you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies.

AVITUVIN Returns Policy

AVITUVIN Returns & Exchange Policy

With AIVITUVIN, you can be sure of the first-class pet products, and that meet your satisfaction. Our return policy tries to make your shopping experience as good as possible.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 60 days from the date of delivery. Pls, contact us at service@aivituvin.com for any return issue at first.

RETURN OF MIND RETURN CONDITIONS:

The goods must be unopened and undamaged in their original condition with all accessories included. Email by return requests must include an Order Number, Description, and Reason for Return. We will give you a return label to express back to our warehouse.

In this case, you are responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3 business days.

RETURN OF FAULTY CONDITIONS:

Once the items are received, opened, and deemed to be faulty (get the damaged parts during transit, received the wrong product,etc.), we will provide you with a repair, replacement, or refund on the faulty item. Please contact us with a photograph and description of the fault, and then we will deal with it as fast as possible.

All the returns from damaged or defective products are shipped back to our warehouse at AIVITUVIN ’s expense. All refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:

If you need to cancel your order, Contact us via service@aivituvin.com to have your order canceled immediately. Please provide your order number. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 3 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT:

If you cancel the order after shipment, Please keep in mind that to keep the boxes by the new original way and ask us for a return label to express back to AIVITUVIN’s warehouse. You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost to our warehouse. After receiving your returned item, the full refund will be credited to your original payment within 3 business days.
